The Mulleavy sisters presented a Van Gogh inspired collection of his iconic sunflower and starry night sky paintings for Rodarte Spring '12, with variety of sunflower prints, and a bright and shiny stunning color palette, with waisted with off-shoulder necklines and full skirts silhouette; teamed with ruched leather tops, draped satin off-shoulder tops and floaty sheers dresses in soft bias layers for high-low hem.

Premiere of The Curve of Forgotten Things, a new film by Todd Cole and Rodarte. The film stars actress Elle Fanning and features an original score by acclaimed rock band, Deerhunter. The film was shot at the Baldwin Hills Oil House in Los Angeles on a RED camera to create a warm, dusty look reminiscent of the 1970s. Looks from Rodarte's Spring 2011 collection are interwoven into the narrative, resulting in a magical, dreamy portrait of California youth.
